Updated and modern fully furnished SECOND (there are 2 sets of stairs) FLOOR 1 bedroom guest house/apartment surrounded by beautiful country and mountain views. Perfect for 1 week stay up to three months. Great for traveling executives, visiting professors, traveling nurses, couple on vacation, or those that want an alternative to a hotel. Quiet location on Old Stage Road in between Central Point and Gold Hill. 2.5 miles to I-5 Interchange and many entertainment options close by. House includes full kitchen with full size fridge (w/icemaker), microwave, glass cooktop stove and oven. Dishes and linens are in the house with basic supplies to get you started for your stay. Queen sized bed with two nightstands and small computer/writing desk. Laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer off the bedroom. Very large private deck with 4 chair patio dining set, umbrella, and 3 burner propane bbq. Great for morning coffee/breakfast watching the sunrise or barbeque anytime. Cable TV Service for 48 inch flat screen in living room with DVD player. High Speed wifi available at no additional charge. utilities are included except phone.

Summary: Lovely property with everything we needed to have a relaxing getaway. Close access to interstate but still in the country. Sabrina and Ken were wonderful hosts. We really enjoyed having coffee out on the deck in the mornings.

Summary: The guesthouse/apartment was wonderful. Super clean and perfect for my wife and I for our week in Southern Oregon. The house had everything we needed, and the property was beautiful. We loved getting up in the morning and going outside to see the wildlife, including squirrels, hummingbirds and quail. It was a joy to see the three resident cows as we took a peaceful walk and had coffee. Sabrina and Ken are great hosts, and we truly enjoyed the time we spent talking with them. Their brown lab Baylee is just a sweetheart and would come to visit, which made it easier being away from our own pets. The places that they recommended were beautiful and the house was central to so many places to see and things to do. The house is perfect for anyone from an individual to a family with a couple of children. We highly recommend these hosts and their property to all. It will be the first place we check to stay the next time we visit Oregon. Sabrina and Ken, thanks again for your hospitality!

Summary: Our stay was wonderful and our suite was way back on the property above a garage. It include a living room, full kitchen and bedroom as well as a full size washer and dryer. Our hostess Sabrina was gracious and very accommodating. We even stayed 4 more days! Its located not very far from Jacksonville (10 min) and local wineries. We often come up to visit relatives so we will be coming back often.

Summary: Very much enjoyed our stay on this property. Beautiful surroundings. Full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans etc. Washer and dryer so convenient. Owners dog friendly and my little dog loved walking with her. Convenient to Medford, Central Point and historic Jacksonville.
